The SharePoint tab features a table with multiple different metrics about SharePoint.

About the Office 365 SharePoint Sites tab

The Office 365 SharePoint Sites tab features a table that lists all the SharePoint Sites in the Office 365 environment.

The table contains the following columns:

  • Title
  • Status
  • Owner
  • Members Count
  • URL

Title is the name of the site.

Status is whether or not the Site is active.

Owner shows what user 

Members Count is the number of users that are counted as members of the site.

URL is the internal URL of the SharePoint site.

All Key Metrics can be exported to Excel with the "Export to Excel" button located at the top of every Key Metric page.
