Office 365 Licenses Eligible for Reassignment
The Licenses Eligible for Reassignment Tab features a list of users that have not been used for a long time, but are still using a license.
About the Licenses Eligible for Reassignment tab
The Licenses Eligible for Reassignment tab features a table that lists every license-consuming account that VitalSigns shows as disabled, and all of their relevant information.
The table has the following columns:
- Display Name
- Account Last Modified
- User Principle Name
- License(s)
Display Name shows the name of the user as it appears in the Office 365 environment.
Account Last Modified shows the last day that the account has been logged into, or modified in any way.
User Principle Name is the account name for the user, usually the email address.
License(s) shows what license(s) the account is consuming.
All Key Metrics can be exported to Excel with the "Export to Excel" button located at the top of every Key Metric page.
