Manual Installation Steps

You're almost done!  There are just a few steps that could not be automated. 

This will only take a few minutes to complete.

Machine.config Access Rights

Assign full access rights to machine.config files (there are two) to the user Network Service

Unlock IIS Handlers

Set the Application Pool to Unmanaged Code and delete the default website
