About the O365 Licenses Eligible for Reassignment Report
The O365 Licenses Eligible for Reassignment Report is a table type report that lists out all the User's licenses that VitalSigns deems to be Inactive, and ready for Reassignment. The way VitalSigns determines that is through listing what users have not modified their accounts in the last 30 days.Â
This table has the following columns:
- Display Name
- User Principal Name
- License Type
- Account Last Modified
Display Name lists the name of the user as it appears in the Office365 environment. User Principal Name lists the email address of the user in Office365. License Type lists the type of license afforded to each particular user. Account Last Modified lists the date when the user's account was last modified.
All Reports can be printed with the "Print Report" button located at the top of every report page.
