O365 All Users Report

The O365 All Users Report is a table that consists of all Users within the monitored O365 instances in the VitalSigns environment.


About The O365 All Users Report

The O365 All Users Report features a table that contains an entry on every User within every O365 instance in the VitalSigns environment.

With large environments, this Report is very large, and can slow down the web-page significantly.


The table has the following columns:

  • Display Name
  • User Principal Name
  • User Type
  • Title
  • Licensed
  • Department
  • Account Last Logged-In

The Display Name column shows the user's name that is shown to other users in the Connections Environment. User Principal Name lists the email address of the user in Office365. User Type is the type that the user is, defined in the O365 environment. Title is a field that is defined in the O365 environment per-user. Licensed shows what type of license the user is using. Department is the department that the user is in, which is defined in Office365. The Account Last Logged-In column shows the last time that User logged in to IBM Connections.

The Report can be sorted by either the User's Display Name, or the Account Last Logged-In date.


All Reports can be printed with the "Print Report" button located at the top of every report page.
