The O365 Inactive Users Report is a list of all users that have been marked as Inactive by VitalSigns.
About The O365 Inactive Users Report
The O365 Inactive Users Report is a table type report that lists the users marked as Inactive by the VitalSigns Environment. The cut-off to be marked as Inactive is larger than 30 days.
The table has the following columns:
- Display Name
- User Principal Name
- User Type
- Title
- Licensed
- Department
- Account Last Logged-In
The Display Name column shows the user's name that is shown to other users in the Connections Environment. User Principal Name lists the email address of the user in Office365. User Type is the type that the user is, defined in the O365 environment. Title is a field that is defined in the O365 environment per-user. Licensed shows what type of license the user is using. Department is the department that the user is in, which is defined in Office365. The Account Last Logged-In column shows the last time that User logged in to IBM Connections.
The Report can be sorted by either the User's Display Name, or the Account Last Logged-In date.
All Reports can be printed with the "Print Report" button located at the top of every report page.
