Executive Summary Report
The IBM Connections Executive Summary Report is a text report that features several statistics about the state of the Connections instances within the VitalSigns environment.
About the IBM Connections Executive Summary Report
The IBM Connections Executive Summary Report aggregates key information about the Connections instances running in the VitalSigns Environment for the past week.
The report itself can be modified by several different filters:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Servers
- Communities
Start Date denoted the date that the report will start from. Likewise, End Date denotes the date that the report will end at. Servers selects which servers (if multiple) will be included in the report. Communities selects which communities will be included in the report.
The report lists out the current levels and their growth within the last weeks of the following items:
- Community
- Blog
- Community Blog
- Wiki
- Community Wiki
- Forum
- Community Forum
- Activity
- Community Activity
All of these values represent the current total number of each of the items as well as the growth within the past week.
All Reports can be printed with the "Print Report" button located at the top of every report page.
