List of All Mobile Users

The mobile users page lists extensive details for each mobiles users device including:

name of mobile device user
the device name
the OS type
the time of the latest sync to the server
the device level of access
the specific device ID

The list of Devices/Users can be searched intelligently by using the filter option on any of the attributes.

List of Key Mobile Users

You can select to monitor specific users (normally executives) to analyze the amount of time a device has not synchronized with the server. The monitoring of mobile users coincides with alerts. If you are setup to receive alerts for mobile users then you will receive an alert for each key user that has not synchronized in X amount of minutes (the default is 20 minutes).

The Mobile User Metrics section provides a graph for the following statistics based on mobile users:

mobile devices by OS
mobile devices by OS for all servers
sync times
breakdown of devices per user count
