Mail File Status

The Mail File Status section gives relevant information about each mail file such as:

• the VitalSigns status
• the file name
• what template the file belongs to
• the file size
• VitalSigns connection details to the file

Mail Statistics

The Mail Statistics section provides information about the mail routing statistics of servers:

• total routed
• delivered
• transfer failures
• total pending
• average delivery time
• average server hops
• average size file delivered
• SMTP messages process

Mail Files by Size

The Mail Files by Size section provides a graph for the largest mail files for each server. This section displays graphs for largest files by size (MB) and largest files as a percentage of your mail quota.
