The Exchange User Total Mail Access Report shows the identity and total Mail size of every user.

About the Exchange User Total Mail Access Report

The Exchange User Total Mail Access Report features a non-configurable table that displays information about every user contained in every currently configured Exchange Server within the VitalSigns environment.

The table has the following columns:

  • Display Name
  • Identity
  • Sum of Mailboxes (GB)

Display Name is the name of the user in question in the format that Exchange will display it. Identity shows the hierarchy of the user's role. Sum of Mailboxes (GB) displays the calculated total of all the user's accessed mailboxes, in GigaBytes.


All Reports can be printed with the "Print Report" button located at the top of every report page.
