About the Cost per User Serviced Grid Report

The Cost per User Serviced Grid Report contains an in-depth level grid with information about all domino and Exchange servers currently configured to be monitored within the VitalSigns environment.

The table has the following columns:

Device Name
User Count
Cost Per User
Monthly Operating Cost
Daily Operating Cost

Device Name is the name of the Domino or Exchange server. User Count is the average amount of users over the last month. Cost Per User is calculated from the User Count for the server and the Monthly Operating Cost value. Monthly Operating Cost is a user-definable value with the server's configuration. Daily Operating Cost is calculated from the Monthly Operating Cost.

All Reports can be printed with the "Print Report" button located at the top of every report page.
