 Traveler Insufficient ThreadsNotifies you if the maximum number of actual HTTP sessions has exceeded the configured server limit. The HTTP sessions are configurable on the server only. Please see Q: Why is my Traveler server reporting an issue with HTTP sessions? for more information.

 Traveler Resource ConstraintNotifies you if a Traveler server is in the resource constraint state. While the system is in constraint state, new device syncs will be denied with the 503 status code (server is busy).  Traveler will not allow new device sync or prime sync threads to start. Other threads will be allowed to complete and hopefully the constraint condition will be alleviated
