Setup/Collect Sametime Statistics

You can collect Sametime statistics by enabling chat simulation to gather chat related statistics.

  1. Go to Servers & Devices » IBM Sametime.
  2. Click the Edit () button to the left of the Sametime server.
  3. Select the Sametime Server Properties tab (if not already selected).

  4. Under the Sametime Chat Settings select the checkbox () to the left of Test Chat Simulation.

    This checkbox must be selected to collect Sametime chat information.

  5. Select the appropriate Sametime users from the User Credentials drop down list.

    If there are no users to select, you must create credentials under Stored Passwords & Options » Server Credentials.
  6. Click OK to save the settings.
