Monitoring an IBM Traveler server

  • Import the Domino/Traveler server to be monitored (see Import Domino Servers)
  • Go to Servers & Devices -> IBM Domino -> Servers
  • Click the Edit button next to the appropriate Domino/Traveler server
  • Scroll down to the Traveler settings section
  • Enter the external alias name (i.e. external server URL)
  • Note: not all environments will use an external URL. For example, if you use a DMZ you will need to enter a hostname. Check the Notes Traveler tab of the Domino/Traveler server document to view your external URL
  • Do not put http:// or www as these are automatically appended (example: hostname.com)
  • Select appropriate credentials from the Credentials drop down list (Note: if there are no users to select, please follow the steps below.)
  • Click OK to save the Traveler Settings

Add Credentials

  • Add New credentials by clicking the Add Credentials drop down button
  • Note: you must use the internet password associated with the Notes ID to obtain Traveler servlet information
  • Select the checkbox to the left of This server requires SSL if your server requires SSL (i.e. HTTPS)
  • Click OK to save the changes
