Monitor Mobile Users / Key Devices

You can select to monitor specific users (normally executives) to analyze the amount of time a device has not synchronized with the server. The monitoring of mobile users coincides with alerts. If you are setup to receive alerts for mobile users then you will receive an alert for each key user that has not synchronized in X amount of minutes (the default is 20 minutes).
  • Go to Servers & Devices -> Mobile Users
  • Under All Devices, right click on the user you wish to monitor
  • Enter the duration in which you want to monitor that the device has not synched
  • Click Apply
  • The users/devices displayed under Critical Devices are the devices currently being monitored for alerting
  • To receive alerts for mobile users, select Mobile Users for the alerting event (see section 2.4)
