Creating General Credentials

You can create general credentials to associate with various features throughout VitalSigns to obtain a collection of information. This includes (but is not limited to) the collection of Sametime chat statistics, Traveler health statistics, and Traveler mobile user information.

  1. Go to Stored Passwords & Options » Server Credentials.
  2. Click the New () button.
  3. Enter an alias (reference name) for the credentials.
  4. Enter the User ID.

  5. Select the appropriate server type from the drop down list.

    For Traveler related credentials, please select Domino as the server type.

  6. Enter the password associated with the ID.

    For Traveler and Sametime setup, you must use the internet password associated with the Notes ID.
  7. Click the Update () button to save the credentials.
