You can setup a Sametime server to gather a variety of Sametime and server related statistics.
Requirements to collect Sametime Statistics
- TWO dedicated test user accounts created in Domino address book (no mail file required).
- Explicitly list ONE user in stconfig.nsf as a Person with Reader (or above) rights on the server to be monitored.
- User 1 must be a member of the SametimeMonitor role.
User accounts must be test users and not in use by any other user.
- Go to Setup & Security » Maintain Servers.
- Click the New (
) button. - Enter the information associated with the Sametime server.
- Select Sametime from the Server Type drop down list.
Click the Update (
) button to save the server.The Sametime server will now be listed in the IBM Sametime category under Servers & Devices » IBM Sametime.
