Step 1 (Figure 2-14)
- Go to Setup & Security -> Import Websphere Servers
- Click the New
button
- Enter the Name, Hostname, Connection Type, and port number for the cell
- You can enable WebSphere global security by selecting the checkbox
to the right of Global Security - You can select existing credentials from the Credentials drop down list (see section 2.1.6) or you can enter new credentials by selecting the Add Credentials button
- Enter a value in the Realm textbox
- Click Save to save the cell

Step 2 (Figure 2-15)
- Click the Refresh
button under Refresh Nodes to return the Nodes - Select the checkbox next to the desired Node(s) to import and click next

Step 3 (Figure 2-16)
- Select the desired monitoring settings that will apply to the server(s) (Note: These settings will apply to all servers that were imported in the previous step)
- Click Done when finished
