Step 1

  • Go to Setup & Security -> Import Microsoft Servers
  • Select the Sharepoint from the drop down list
  • Enter the server address
  • Select the appropriate credentials from the drop down list (Note: These credentials can be setup in Stored Passwords & Options -> Server Credentials)

OR

  • Enter the user ID and password manually (you will have the option to save these credentials in the next step)
  • Click Load Servers


Step 2

  • Select a Location to associate with the server(s) (you can create locations under Setup & Security -> Maintain Server Locations)
  • Select the desired server(s) to import
  • Click Next

OR

  • You can click Save Credentials and Move Next to save to store the username and password


 

  Step 3

  • Select the default scan settings to apply to the server(s) (Note: These settings will apply to all servers selected in the previous step)
  • Click Next

 

  Step 4

  • Select Import Additional Servers

OR

  • Click Done
