Step 1
- Go to Setup & Security -> Import Microsoft Servers
- Select the Sharepoint from the drop down list
- Enter the server address
- Select the appropriate credentials from the drop down list (Note: These credentials can be setup in Stored Passwords & Options -> Server Credentials)
OR
- Enter the user ID and password manually (you will have the option to save these credentials in the next step)
- Click Load Servers
Step 2
- Select a Location to associate with the server(s) (you can create locations under Setup & Security -> Maintain Server Locations)
- Select the desired server(s) to import
- Click Next
OR
- You can click Save Credentials and Move Next to save to store the username and password
Step 3
- Select the default scan settings to apply to the server(s) (Note: These settings will apply to all servers selected in the previous step)
- Click Next
Step 4
- Select Import Additional Servers
OR
- Click Done
