A: Make sure your Traveler setup is correct and all passwords are up to date within VitalSigns. For more information on how to setup Traveler see Traveler Monitoring
If the Traveler configuration is setup correctly and the Mobile Users page is still blank, go to http://YourHostname.com/api/traveler/devices in a browser window. When prompted, enter the same Username and (internet) Password that is setup within VitalSigns. A JSON file should return with Mobile User information. If this is the case, please restart the VitalSigns master service and check the Mobile Users page again (the data may take a moment to populate depending on how many users you have).
If a JSON file is not returned, please make sure the user is in the administrators group of the Domino/Traveler server document and that the user has manager rights to the lotustraveler.nsf database.
