You can monitor a specific value for a variety of Domino statistics and receive an alert if the current statistic fails to meet or exceeds the desired value. In addition, you can also select to issue a console command (i.e. Tell HTTP Restart) if the value is out of your desired range.
  • Go to Servers & Devices -> IBM Domino -> Custom Statistics
  • Click the New  button
  • Select a server from the Domino Server drop down list
  • Select the statistic from the drop down list
  • Select the appropriate values for the statistic
  • You can click the Current Value button to view the value of the selected statistic (the VitalSigns user must have console command access to use this feature)

(Note: you can view a list of all Domino statistics by issuing a 'show stat' command in the Domino server console)

  • You can select to issue a console command to the server to apply an action if the desired value set is not met (optional)
