Step 1
- Go to Setup & Security -> Import Microsoft Servers
- Select the Exchange from the drop down list
- Select the Authentication Type from the drop down list
- Enter the server address
- Select the appropriate credentials from the drop down list (Note: These credentials can be setup in Stored Passwords & Options -> Server Credentials, see Creating General Credentials)list

- Click Load Servers
Step 2
- Select a Location to associate with the server(s) (Create Server locations)
- Select the desired profile (if you do not have profiles setup, please select default)
- Select the option for 'Requires SSL' if your server(s) requires SSL
- Select the desired server(s) to import
- Click Next to move forward without saving the given credentials
OR
- You can click Click Save Credentials and Move Next to save to store the username and passwordthe given credentials
Step 3
- Select the default scan settings to apply to the server(s) (Note: These settings will apply to all servers selected in the previous step)
- Click Next

- Select Import Additional Servers
