Step 1 (Figure 2-131)
- Go to Setup & Security -> Import Microsoft Servers
- Enter the Active Directory server address
Select the appropriate credentials from the drop down list
(Note: These credentials can be setup in Stored Passwords & Options -> Server Credentials, Creating General Credentials)Info If no data appears, there are no existing alert definitions setup for this sever. Please see our Creating General Credentials page.
OR
- Enter the user ID and password manually
- Click Load Servers
