You can manually add servers into VitalSigns versus using the server import wizard.
  • Go to Setup & Security -> Maintain Servers
  • Click the New () button
  • Enter the corresponding information

  • Click the Update () button to save the changes

    Note: You can also import servers using the import server wizard
