As Windows 10 has less features installed and activated after installation as Windows 7 you have to perform these steps before doing the standard installation as described :
- Install IIS, ASP .NET 4.6 and 3.5 features via "Turn Windows features on or off"
- Run following command as after this installation the .NET needs to register in the IIS again : dism /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:IIS-ASPNET45
