You can monitor the total number of messages and the look back period for EXJournal mailboxes
  • Go to Stored Passwords & Options → IBM Domino Settings
  • Click the checkbox () next to EXJournaling is enabled 
You will be able to select specific servers where you want EXJournal scanning enabled in the steps below
  • Enter the desired message threshold
This threshold will apply to all EXJournal mailboxes where EXJournal is enabled for scanning
  • Enter the desired Consecutive Telnet threshold
  • Click Save to apply the changes  

  • Go to Servers & Devices → IBM Domino
  • Click the edit () button next to the server where you want to enable EXJournal scanning  
  • Scroll down to EXJournal Settings
  • Click the checkbox () next to Enabled for EXJournal Scanning
  • Click the checkbox () next to Enabled for look back (optional)
The 'enabled for look back' feature allows the administrator to monitor the number of messages in the EXJournal mailboxes to ensure they are changing. If the total number of messages does not change in the defined Look Back Period then an alert will be generated
  • Enter the Start Time for the look back option
  • Enter the Duration for the look back option (the Duration is the amount of time to perform the checking)
  • Enter the Look Back Period (the Look Back Period is the interval to monitor the number of messages to ensure they are changing) 
  • Click OK to save the changes
