- Requirements to collect Sametime Statistics*
- 2 dedicated user accounts created in Domino address book (no mail file required)
- Explicitly list 1 user in stconfig.nsf as a Person with Reader (or higher) rights on the server to be monitored
- User 1 must be a member of the SametimeMonitor role
- Note: user accounts must be test users and not in use by any other user

- Go to Servers & Devices -> IBM Sametime
- Click the Edit
button to the left of the Sametime server - Select the Sametime Server Properties tab (if not already selected)
- Under the Sametime Chat Settings select the checkbox
to the left of Test Chat Simulation (Note: This checkbox must be selected to collect Sametime chat information) - Select the appropriate Sametime users from the User Credentials drop down list (Note: if there are no users to select, you must create credentials under Stored Passwords & Options -> Server Credentials, see section III above)
- Click OK to save the settings
