The Issues page is where system administrators and other types of users can see what issues their servers are currently experiencing that VitalSigns has been able to catch and analyze. Each Issue shows the affected server's information and how VitalSigns found the issue, which allows for quick identification of issues, and less time troubleshooting.
About the Issues Page
The VitalSigns Issues page gives the user the ability to see all Issues thare currently afflicting the servers that VitalSigns is configured to monitor.
From this page you will be able to determine each Issue's:
- Afflicted Server Name
- Afflicted Server Type (ex. Domino or WebSphere)
- Name of the test that found the issue
- Details of the Issue
- When the issue was detected
You will also be able to navigate to:
- Overall
- Financial
- Issues <---- [You Are Here]
- Executive Summary
Each field for each issue can be hovered over for more information.
