Setup Key Mobile Users Device Monitoring and Alerting

Go to Servers & Devices -> Mobile Users
Under All Devices, right click on the user you wish to monitor
Enter the duration in which you want to monitor that the device has not synched
Click Apply
The users/devices displayed under Critical Devices are the devices currently being monitored for alerting
To receive alerts for mobile users, select Mobile Users for the alerting event (see section X)
