You can monitor a variety of folders within a Notes Database Replica (cluster). VitalSigns allows you to setup a difference threshold to determine the percentage difference in document counts between two replicas.
Step 1
Go to Servers & Devices -> IBM Domino -> Notes Databases Replicas
Click the New () button
Enter a name for the database replica definition
Select a category for the database replica
You can change the scan intervals or keep the default values
Note: the scan intervals for database replicas are different from the servers scan interval
Enter a value for the difference threshold (Note: this is the difference in the form of percentage of between document counts on the two replicas)
Step 2
Select the Servers tab
Select the replica servers from the Domino Server drop down list (Note: you can have up to 3 servers in your replica definition)
Enter a value for the file mask for each server (Note: you cannot use multiple file masks in the same definition, you must create a new definition for each separate file mask)
