You can collect Sametime statistics by enabling chat simulation to gather chat related statistics.
- Go to Servers & Devices -> IBM Sametime
- Click the Edit
button to the left of the Sametime server - Select the Sametime Server Properties tab (if not already selected)
- Under the Sametime Chat Settings select the checkbox
to the left of Test Chat Simulation (Note: This checkbox must be selected to collect Sametime chat information) - Select the appropriate Sametime users from the User Credentials drop down list (Note: if there are no users to select, you must create credentials under Stored Passwords & Options -> Server Credentials, see section 2.1.6)
- Click OK to save the settings
