Improvements

  • The following IBM Connections reports are now available:
    • The User Activity and Community Activity reports show the number of activities, blog entries, wikis, bookmarks, etc. created for a given user or community during a specified time frame.
    • The User Adoption report shows the most active users based on the number of blog entries, wiki entries, bookmarks, forums, etc.
    • The charts in the User Adoption Overall Metrics report page depict the top 5 most active communities, communities by type, and the monthly count of communities and community items.
  • The IBM Connections Health page has been improved as follows:
    • Communities tab: There is a new option to compare two given users, providing communities in common, and communities each user is a member of.
    • The Profiles tab now provides the option to search for a user in order to get a list of the communities they are a member of, as well as any communities owned by the user.
  • The Office 365 Groups page now has an option to compare two given users and display groups in common, and groups each user is a member of.

  • A Monthly Cost per User field can now be entered in the Office 365 configuration document.  This value is used to calculate the Monthly License Cost and Monthly Cost of Inactive Users in the Office 365 Health page.

  • Enhanced Microsoft reporting.  New reports include Exchange and Office 365 mailbox storage growth.

  • Added Maintenance, Alerts History, and Outages tabs to the Office 365 Health page.

  • The Mail reports category now has the option to generate Daily / Monthly Mail Volume reports for Exchange and Office 365.

  • Added Platform.Logicaldisk to the Domino Custom Statistics list.
