Step 1 (Figure 2-30)
- Go to Servers & Devices -> Mobile Users
- Under All Devices, right click on the user you wish to monitor
- Enter the duration in which you want to monitor that the device has not synched
- Click Apply
- The users/devices displayed under Critical Devices are the devices currently being monitored for alerting
- To receive alerts for mobile users, select Mobile Users for the alerting event (see section 2.4)
