You can enable recurring alert options to prevent VitalSigns from constantly sending you alerts when an issue is not necessarily critical.

For example, your Traveler status may toggle between a yellow and green status for a short period throughout the day. You may not want to be informed about every instance when this occurs. With recurring alerts, you have the option to receive a single alert if the issue occurs more than X number of times in an hour.



  1. Go to Alerts » Alert Settings.
  2. Select the Recurring Alerting tab.
  3. Select the checkbox
