A: Make sure your Traveler setup is correct and all passwords are up to date within VitalSigns. For more information on how to setup Traveler see section 4.3.3.
If the Traveler configuration is setup correctly and the servlet is still not responding, go to http://YourHostname.com/servlet or http://YourHostname.com/traveler (depending on your setup) in a browser window. When prompted, enter the same Username and (internet) Password that is setup within VitalSigns. A page should return with a confirmation that the IBM Traveler server is available for the specified user.
If a confirmation page is not returned, please make sure the user is in the administrators group of the Domino/Traveler server document and that the user has manager rights to the lotustraveler.nsf database.
