You can collect Sametime statistics by enabling chat simulation to gather chat related statistics.
  • Go to Servers & Devices -> IBM Sametime
  • Click the Edit Image Modified button to the left of the Sametime server
  • Select the Sametime Server Properties tab (if not already selected)
  • Under the Sametime Chat Settings select the checkbox Image Modified to the left of Test Chat Simulation (Note: This checkbox must be selected to collect Sametime chat information)
  • Select the appropriate Sametime users from the User Credentials drop down list (Note: if there are no users to select, you must create credentials under Stored Passwords & Options -> Server Credentials, see section 2.1.6)
  • Click OK to save the settings
