| The 'enabled for look back' feature allows the administrator to monitor the number of messages in the EXJournal mailboxes to ensure they are changing. If the total number of messages (defined above) does not change in the defined duration then defined Look Back Period then an alert will be generated |
- Enter the Start Time for the look back option
- Enter the Duration for the look back option (the Duration is the amount of time to perform the checking)
- Enter the Look Back Period (the Look Back Period is the interval to monitor the number of messages to ensure they are changing)
- Click OK to save the changes
